Folllowing aspect should be described:

  • Number of concurrent proposals per person -> max. 1
  • (obligatory) feedback from Profs
    • Politics: With whom are we cooperating (esp:at the university), with whom not?

    • Finance:how should money be distributed. Here, at least at some point in time, professors should have a quick look at the sugested estimated budget

    • ≥ 1 position at the application(timo: what is this referring to??)

  • Distribution of roles
    • Is that possible?

    • Experienced: coordinator

    • Unexperienced: SotA and over the shoulder learning!

  • Minimum of 2 writers
    • Exchange of knowledge

    • How to form teams?

    • Share workload

  • Suggestion: Calls should only be addresed if staff for doing so is nameable and available!
  • Appreciation
    • For work
    • For “small” achievements: It used to be the case that getting a proposal accepted was highly appreciated and valued. As a victim to success, acceptance of proposals has kind of become the standard, which may be frusttrating for group members.
  • Strategy for addressing calls:
    • For reducing workload and being able to focus on specific calls, can we agree on kind of a guideline, a basic filter for calls? Most importantly: Staff does not want to have to write for every call available.
    • Not < 2 positions
    • No EU ?
    • The main thing is not “everything” anymore
